This modified BMW X6 M Competition has all the carbon
Prepare for the worldwide carbon shortage. Carlex Design has stuck it all to a monster coupe-SUV
This is a modified BMW X6 M Competition, and that’s probably all most of you need to know in order to form an opinion. Don’t even bother looking at the pics, the comments section needs you!
If you do fancy subjecting yourself to the images above though, what you’ll see is called the Notus Evo. It’s the work of Polish tuner Carlex Design and the end result can hardly be described as subtle. Just check out that bright orange interior. Our poor eyes.
The exterior modifications haven’t been quite as drastic, with a new front bumper and the large grille now made from carbon fibre. There’s a roof spoiler and a lip spoiler too, although Carlex can’t claim to match German tuner Hamann’s QUAD-wing X6 M. Probably for the best actually.
There’s new side sills in carbon too, plus a rear diffuser made from the woven stuff and massive 24-inch wheels. Interestingly Carlex has left the twin-turbo 4.4-litre V8 alone though. Perhaps they decided 620bhp was ‘enough’. We expected at least 900bhp if we’re honest.
So, come on then Internet. Thoughts in the comments box below…
