Rally driver loses steering wheel, carries on

Please take a few moments out of your day to watch this video. It is footage of a man who is driving a car. A rally car, to be precise.

And a rally car that - to be even more precise - decides to shed its steering wheel while on the move.

Normally, this would deter most pilots, what with the steering wheel being a slightly essential element of the driving process. But not for our hero, who tries to reattach it, fails, and instead just uses the top of the steering column to continue driving.

Racing drivers eh?
