What's Europe's best driving road that nobody has heard of?

Top Gear needs your help! We’re compiling a list of Europe’s greatest, lesser-known driving roads - if you’ve got one up your sleeve, we need to hear from you

When it comes to great European driving roads, you’ve probably heard of the big hitters. And because the Stelvio Pass, Route Napoleon and Romania’s Transfagarasan Highway are all name checked on every hastily compiled top-ten countdown, they are often clogged with kamikaze motorcyclists and wheezy rental cars.

That’s why, in true Top Gear style, we’re looking beyond the obvious for the finest stretches of tarmac in Europe most people have never heard of. We’ll take the best and most popular suggestions and use them for a feature we’re working on in the coming months, and store the rest away for a rainy day.

So, if you’ve stumbled across a ribbon of road that made your heart flutter and your hands sweat – be it the view, the undulations or the quality of the roadside burger van, we want to hear from you.

As for the small print… well, there isn’t any. As long as the road is within Europe and appeals to your inner Stig, then we’re all ears. Let’s see if we can uncover some rare gems...
