Citroen GT Concept - Point blanket - 2008

Ooh. We know we said on Friday that we didn't go in for the whole teaser pic thing (unless it's a mystery new Lambo, obviously), but we've been suckered in again.

Lurking under that blanket is the Citroen GT concept, set to be unveiled at the Paris show next week.

Citroen is staying seriously hush-hush about the car - all we know for sure is that it's set to appear in the latest update for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on the Playstation... and has a blinkin' monstrous front splitter.

Which means - and we don't think we're making too great a leap here - it's gonna be fast.

Those pointy bits sitting top-left and top-right aren't wing mirrors, either - that's a rear wing, that is.

Beyond that, it's all a guess. Single seat racer? Furai-style two-seater track special? Bodykitted-up GT racer?

Whatever it is, we want to see it. We'll be on hand to see the covers come off in Paris. Make sure you join us...
