Citroen DS Inside concept news - Inside the Inside - 2009
Well, now we’ve got a good look at the, er, inside of the Inside. It looks good. It looks suspiciously production-ready - indeed, Citroen insiders have hinted that the concept’s interior is 95 per cent similar to that of the production car.
It’s certainly a less quirky cabin than that of the Mini - the car the DS will target when it goes on sale next year. Like the Mini, though, expect plenty of ‘individual’ customisation options.
We like those two-tone leather seats with watch-strap-style sections, while the wraparound dash is expected to feature on the next-gen C3, also due to arrive early next year.
As expected, it’s a far classier offering than any small car we’ve seen from Citroen before: expect the thick carpeting and glossy trim to feature on other upcoming DS models set to arrive before 2011 including the DS4 and DS5.
What do you think? Are you liking the posh Citroen thing?
