Honda’s teeny Super-N EV will get 128 miles of range and cost less than £20k
It’ll also get a BOOST mode that activates extra power and a simulated 7spd gearbox
The brilliantly boxy little Super-N is coming to the UK, and the dinky all-electric Renault Twingo rival will start at less than £20,000 when orders open in July. We now know that it’ll get 128 miles of range, or up to 199 miles if you daren’t venture out of the city.
As you may remember from our prototype drive back in November 2025, the Super-N will also get a funky ‘BOOST mode’ that bathes the interior in purple light and engages a simulated seven-speed paddleshift gearbox. Said mode will also activate some fake engine noise, while upping power from the usual 63bhp to a heady 94bhp.
For reference, the brilliant Twingo gets 82bhp. These are light little cars remember. We’re told the Super-N “embodies Honda’s commitment to the joy of driving".
Honda also said the Super-N takes inspiration from the 1980’s City Turbo II, particularly with its squared off arches and the little blue touches in the modern car’s interior. So, hands up who fancies a little kei-based EV in the UK?
