This one-off Porsche 911 GT3 Touring has WILD CATS inside it*

*sorta. Lat-Am special edition gets little kitties embroidered in the headrests

The Porsche 911 GT3 is a bit of a wild cat. And now, courtesy of Porsche Latin America, it has an actual pair of wild cats inside. Welcome to the one-off 911 GT3 ‘Ocelot’.

Actually, it’s the GT3 Touring Ocelot, instantly making it cooler than yer average 911 GT3 out in the – that’s right – wild. The design and colour scheme was of course inspired by the “biodiversity of Colombia’s Amazon rainforest” and “one of its most enigmatic inhabitants: the ocelot”.

As such, this combustion-engined sports vehicle celebrating Amazonian biodiversity – yes, we know – gets a ‘Forest Green’ paintjob, silver accents that hark back to the Sixties 911s, a ‘Cohiba Brown’ interior that ‘echoes’ the ocelot’s coat, and of course, ocelots embroidered into the headrests.

There are further nods to its Latin American production via various badges and scripts dotted about the special Sonderwunsch project, along with nods to its Porsche production via Race-Tex in the headlining and some tailored mats, among other bits.

Including, of course, that rather wonderful 4.0-litre naturally-aspirated flat-six, here developing 503bhp and 332lb ft of torque. This one’s got the six-speed manual – good choice, Porsche – meaning it’ll shoot from 0-62mph to in just 3.9s and on to a top speed of 194mph. Now that’s a proper wild cat.
