Jaguar XKR news - Port' salut - 2007
The XKR is barely into Jaguar showrooms and already there's a special edition model.
This is not down to slow demand, but Jaguar's desire to build an even swifter XKR.
So, the XKR Portfolio gains 20-inch alloy wheels to allow even larger brake discs to fit behind them, increasing stopping power.
That's about it for mechanical changes and the 4.2-litre 420bhp supercharged V8 remains untouched.
There are some details to give the game away, such as the engine-turned aluminium trim, and a new alloy and leather gear lever knob, while all Portfolio models will come in Celestial Black paint.
Prices will be announced when the car goes on sale at the end of the month.
