Watch: mum drifts 550bhp minivan

Here is a video called ‘Momkhana'. As the name suggests, it's a friendly spoof of TG's good friend Ken Block and his ‘Gymkhana' video series.

The premise is just as simple as Mr Block's videos. Take one modified car (in this case a minivan fitted with a 550bhp LS3 V8), add driver (enter the ‘mom'), and deploy heavy right foot, opposite lock and a wonderfully liberal sense of tyre preservation, onto a closed course. What you end up with is three and a bit minutes of gratuitous tyre smoking lunacy.

This is, admittedly, an advert for a shoe shop, and thus has the potential to be the most cringing piece of 'viral marketing' in history. But you know what? It's actually very nicely done.
