CItroen C3 Picasso - Paris motor show news - 2008

There are some seriously good wheels going
on down on the Citroen stand. And none better than those on the C3 Picasso.

We know, we know - cool wheels and mini-MPVs
don’t often occupy the same region of the automotive Venn diagram. But the C3
Picasso is a mini-MPV with a difference, a mini-MPV that you might actually get
excited about.

To prove this, Citroen have mounted their
display cars at jaunty angles - to prove, we presume, that the C3 Picasso is
capable of going up and down hills - and surrounded them with glamorous model-types.
It’s a tough life.

Mechanical details are all as expected - a
couple of petrols and a couple of diesels, with the 110bhp HDi likely to be the
pick of the bunch - and Citroen tells us we’ll definitely see the C3 Picasso in
the UK by the middle of next year.

Whether it’ll
get those excellent wheels remains to be seen. We hope so.
