We could spend all day configuring our perfect Aston Martin Valour
It’s probably sold out already, but Aston has still whacked the twin-turbo V12 special onto its configurator
Aston Martin unveiled the brutish, limited-edition Valour the other day with some rather tricky to decipher images. Have a look for yourself by clicking these blue words.
Luckily though, despite the fact that the 110-off was apparently experiencing ‘unprecedented demand’ even before its reveal to the wider world on Thursday, Aston has decided to add the Valour to its configurator so that prospective buyers can pick their perfect spec.
Well, we say prospective buyers. What we actually mean is Top Gear employees that should really be working. Anyway, before we say anything that could get us in trouble with our bosses, let’s focus on said configurator.
It’s a good one. Aston lets you choose from a huge array of paint colours for the exterior, and you can decide whether you want your exposed carbon bits in either gloss or satin finish. The whole thing gets you a better look at the Valour as a whole too, and it really is a mighty looking thing.
As for the inside, you’ll obviously want to spec the billet walnut gear knob for that all-important six-speed manual ‘box. You can also choose between a ‘Sports Plus Seat’ or the ‘Carbon Fibre Performance Seat’, which really should have been called the Sports Plus Plus Plus seat. There are some good colours for the leather and carpets too, and you can of course add different trims to the steering wheel and different colours of metal.
