Buying

What should I be paying?

Just 67 Mk IVs will be built and they cost £1.35-million plus taxes. Should you buy one? Could you buy one? I would certainly recommend it. It’s hard to put a price on the myth and legend of the GT story, the depth of engineering of this particular car, its own Le Mans legacy and the joyous driving experience. But in the surreal world of supercars and hypercars and track-only specials, I think it’s not bad value at all.

It’s barely half that of an Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro or McLaren Solus, for example. You’ll need to be quick, though. At the time of writing there were just a few Mk IVs available. So give your local Ford dealer a shout. Maybe you’ll get a good trade-in on the Puma ST.
