What makes cars fun? In the August 2016 issue of Top Gear magazine, we try and answer it. Discussions were had in the office. Many arms were waved. Some light arguments may or may not have occured.

Before we knew it, we had whittled down a selection of cars to a manageable list and some rough groupings: engines, components, emotion, stealth, utility, cleverness and hoots.

32 cars made the start, only four made the final selection. And only one car emerged as the outright winner. What was it? Pick up a copy to find out.
