Behold: Fostla’s ‘monster’ 730bhp tuned Merc-AMG S63
The S63 AMG is powerful. This is more powerful. And much, much more ORANGE
Orange, much?
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the work of German tuner Fostla, who are apparently renowned “well beyond the Hannover city borders for their breathtaking conversions”. Yes, breathtaking is certainly one of the words we can use to describe this.
It is a supremely modified Mercedes-AMG S63 coupe. Take a deep breath...
Advertisement - Page continues belowI’ll say it again. ORANGE, MUCH?
Ah yes, you’ll have spotted the rather subtle hue, applied to Merc’s rather dignified S-Class Coupe. It’s a full vinyl wrap – orange chrome, no less – and makes a shouty-engined car even, erm, shoutier.
What about that engine?
Merc’s 5.5-litre biturbo V8 has been treated to a few goodies here. Standard power courtesy of AMG is 577bhp. Which is plenty in this, or any other plane of existence you wish to inhabit.
Courtesy of a ‘level 2’ ECU tune in collaboration with PP Performance, it now produces a heady 730bhp. That’s Lamborghini Aventador S territory.
Though no word has been said about the performance figures, you can expect mild improvement over the standard AMG’s 0-62mph time of 4.2secs, and perhaps an increase in top speed too.
Mostly however, ORANGE.
Advertisement - Page continues belowIt looks wide.
It is wide. It features a ‘widebody’ design bodykit made by Prior.
It has new wheels.
Correct. They are powder-coated 15-spoke rims in metallic anthracite. Don't kerb them, please.
It looks low.
Also correct. Press a button on the steering wheel, and the entire thing can be lowered. Just, y’know, watch out for those arches. And speed bumps. Perhaps a stray crisp wrapper.
I’m not sure I can handle all that orange.
Perhaps it would be wise then, to ruminate briefly on Fostla’s slogan. It is thus. “The impossible gets done at once, but miracles take a bit longer”.

Enjoy.
We will leave the comments open to you fine folk. Does absolute orange corrupt… absolutely?
