Here are five very cool used shooting brakes we found for sale

Go on, do something different

BMW Z3 M Coupe
  1. BMW Z3 M Coupe

    BMW Z3 M Coupe

Just because it’s ‘iconic’ doesn’t mean it’s gotten any prettier, but there’s something awkwardly brilliant about the clownshoe’s shape. Could be the fact said shape hides a 3.2-litre straight-six that sounds incredible. A brilliant little car, this.

Here’s a nice silver one with low miles for £45k.

  2. Volvo 1800 ES

    Volvo 1800 ES

Not as gorgeous as the coupe, granted, but a bit more practical and a proper rarity. And anyway, a Volvo isn’t really a Volvo unless it’s got a capacious boot. The 1800 ES came, of course, with an all-glass rear hatch.

Here’s a 1.8-litre manual car with just under 100k on the clock for £16.5k.

  3. Reliant Scimitar

    Reliant Scimitar

Now, we’re not entirely certain of this fact, but rumours abound that Princess Anne once owned a Reliant Scimitar. This fact hasn’t been widely circulated, and to be honest might just be the first time you’ve heard it. But if she did, you can see why. Amazingly, these punchy little Reliants came equipped with massive Ford V6s. Yay!

Here’s a mint one we found in white that’s barely run in.

  4. Ferrari FF

    Ferrari FF

6.3-litre V12. That’s all we need to say. Yes, you need many thousands of pounds to gain entry to said 6.3-litre V12, but once you have heard said 6.3-litre V12, you will require nothing more in life.

Here’s one of just two Ferrari Approved FFs on offer in the UK, in silver, bearing a 6.3-litre V12.

  5. Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake

Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake

Speaking of V12, here’s another absolute monster with a monster price tag. And amazingly… it’s not the only Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake we uncovered online. Amazing because Aston and Zagato – long-time compadres – only built 99, each packing a glorious 6.0-litre twelve-cylinder packaged in Zagato’s uniquely challenging bodywork.

Here's a RHD one we found with just 3,300 miles on the clock.
