Mercedes-AMG G63 – long-term review

Even though it’s the blingy variant, the G63 still comes with a tow bar as standard. It also comes with 577bhp and 627lb ft as standard. Which, when you have our tragic levels of immaturity, is a slightly terrifying combo. Mashing the throttle while pulling up to 3,500kg makes for a hilariously theatrical getaway (lots of noise, lots of rear arch squat) and 0–62mph in 7.1secs. Bonkers.
