The ‘TR 900 II’ is Manhart’s 909bhp Porsche 911 Turbo S, and it’s very blue
That’s 267bhp more than stock, while torque gets pumped up to 804lb ft
Manhart has taken a day off from boosting BMWs to focus on the 992-generation 911 Turbo S, giving it an eye-catching shade of baby blue, a slim aero kit and outputs of *909bhp* and 804lb ft. Because more kick is precisely what this car needs.
Dubbed the ‘TR 900 II’ package, the extra oomph comes courtesy of a fresh set of blowers, an ECU remap and valve-controlled stainless steel exhausts - the latter with racing downpipes for an even mightier flat-six howl.
Given the Turbo S already hits 62mph in 2.8s on its way to 205mph, we’re expecting the extra 267bhp to improve both counts only marginally.
Alongside that shiny new paint, the exterior gets a simple black racing stripe running from front to back, a Manhart windscreen sticker and a set of six-spoke Concave One alloys. The ride height has also dropped by 30mm with H&R lowering springs.
Things are far less in-yer-face inside, where black becomes the primary colour and baby blue is restricted to the seat belts and headrest motifs. Nice and simple. We like.
Specific prices for the TR 900 II upgrade haven’t been mentioned, but if all this shiny new power seems a little overwhelming to you, Gunther Werks did just release a £46k cosmetic kit for the Turbo S a few days ago.
