Want to drive Hamilton's Ferrari F1 car around the 'Ring? Now you can… in Assetto Corsa Evo

The 0.4 update is out now, and it’s a real treasure trove

Published: 04 Dec 2025

They’ve made a list. They checked it twice. And now, having concluded who’s Binotto or nice, Kunos Simulazioni are about to release a particularly exciting Christmas present to Assetto Corsa Evo players.

Version 0.4 of the game, which is currently in Early Access development and thus frequently having new bits bolted onto it, adds the timeless rural German twisties of the Nürburgring Nordschleife layout, a circuit which it seems increasingly incredible that F1 cars used to race on back in the days before colours were invented.

Also to be added is the 2025 Ferrari SF25 F1 car which Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton have driven to various baffling low-end-of-the-top-ten finishes this season. Can you do any better? Since you’re in charge of your own pit strategy in this game, the answer is: probably quite a lot better, yes.

Those are merely the highlights of the update, though, which adds not only four other layouts at Nurburgring, but two layouts of Oulton Park, plus the Road Atlanta circuit and Monza.

Ten new vehicles make their way onto the roster including the aforementioned F1 machinery, and to our eye the other highlights are the Ferrari Daytona SP3, a BMW M3 E46 CSL, and two soul-affirmingly gorgeous retro French hot hatches: the Renault 5 GT Turbo, and Peugeot 205 T16.

The 0.4 update is out now (4 December), and you can read the full list of vehicles, along with all the other improvements, on this changelog posted on X.
